However, every block is different, and site conditions such as flood zones, bushfire attack levels (BAL ratings), easements and irregular shapes can all influence how a granny flat can be positioned.
Where needed, we adjust and customise our standard designs to suit the unique constraints of your land while still maintaining a practical, functional layout that is ready for approval.
In some cases, a Development Application (DA) can provide additional flexibility with setbacks, allowing room for features such as a carport, patio or improved access where space may otherwise be limited.
